What is the rounding up of minutes, and bill minutes increment?
The call is charged an ongoing per minute rate for the duration of the call. When the call ends, the duration gets rounded up the to the next full minute. Some cards round the duration up in two, or three minutes increments.

What is the Expiration date?
Cards have an expiration date after the first use. This ranges from 60 days up to 6 months. The expiration period does not start until you have used your card for the first time and entered your card pin number.

How can I get the most value out of the phone card?
If the card has a connection fee, then you get the most value out of the card when you use it up all in one call. If you have a small amount of credit left on your card you can still use it for domestic long distance calls.

Is the lowest per minute rate the best value for my calls?
The lowest per minute rate is not always the best deal for your calls. Depending on your calling patterns, if you call for a long duration then the higher connection fee lower per minute rate is
best. However if you call many short duration calls then lower connection fee but higher per minute rate is better. Specify the average call duration when using our Rate Search engine to find the best phone card for your calling pattern.

Can I use the phone card to call
to Cellular Phones?
Some cards do not allow the
connection to cellular phones, others allow it but charge higher rates.

What if my call got disconnected?
First call the Customer Service number listed on the card to get back your original value of the card. If you still could not get the value of your card back, email us at support@AloArabs.com and we will honor our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and replace or refund your card.

What if I get a busy signal?
Busy signal could be to the 800/888 platform number or to the country you are calling. If the 800/888 number gives a busy signal that means that there are many callers using this phone card, try your call later. Busy signal to the country you are calling are expected during peak hours and
holidays. This problem may occur even if you are not using a prepaid phone card. Your card should retain its original value. Try your call again during different hours.
